Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Free Shipping on orders over $50
- Economy Shipping — $4.90 for orders up to 5 lbs / $19.90 for orders 5–70 lbs
- Standard Shipping — $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb / $9.90 for orders 1–5 lbs
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Local Delivery We offer local delivery within 25 miles of Imperial, MO 63052. Local delivery eligibility and rates will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
